La situation géographique et l'aménagement du lieu sont à conseiller.
Cependant un appartement au 5ème et un parking à N-2 avec un ascenseur en panne s'est difficilement acceptable !
Et la gêne de ventilation du bâtiment qui passe dans le logement et se termine sur la toiture provoque est bruit conséquent.
