This farm house is located near San Gimignano, a Tuscan town unique for its towered skyline.


San Gimignano lies in a strategic position, within easy reach of two art cities, Siena and Florence, as well as Volterra with its Etruscan marvels and Colle Val d'Elsa with its artistic glass.


At the farm house there is a wine and olive oil production. The farm produces: Vernaccia di San Gimignano, a very traditional white wine, Chianti, a wonderfully full-bodied red and Vinsanto, a delicious fortified wine with a velvety and intense flavour. The extra-virgin olive oil is made with traditional methods. You can enjoy these delights, together with seasonal fruit and vegetables, in the farm restaurant which is reserved to guests and only open on request.


At the farm you will be able to borrow mountain bikes, as well as use a barbecue area in the garden.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 1.8 meters (6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan countryside and of the towers of San Gimignano. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex.

Garden
The garden is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a swing. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Terrace
The terrace is shaded by a porch made of stone. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a deck chair. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan countryside and of the towers of San Gimignano.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming, and include three armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has two windows.
Kitchen
The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom
The furnishings of the bedroom are simple and comfortable, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small terrace through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
