Villa Vinacciolo is a pleasant and spacious two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 22 people. From Villa Vinacciolo you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills of Valdichiana. Villa Vinacciolo is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Marciano della Chiana, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for the local bus. You will reach Villa Vinacciolo from the parking area along a walkway that cuts through a garden and has no stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Vinacciolo you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.

As guests of Villa Vinacciolo you will find ceiling fans in every bedroom.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.

The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills of Valdichiana.

Living Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include sofas and armchairs. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has three windows with a view of the garden and of the surrounding green fields. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
The dining room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate 20 guests. The furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the dining room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a toaster. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the garden.
Kitchen 2
You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the living room. It is well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The kitchen has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room and from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the dining room.

The second bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
