Villa Carminia is a splendid and luminous two-story villa located on the coast in front of the island of Capri. It sleeps 18 people. From Villa Carminia you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the island of Capri, of the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance. Villa Carminia is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line. You will find a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Carminia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Carminia you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to eight cars.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 20 centimeters (8 inches) 2.2 meters (7.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a thrilling view of the island of Capri, of the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an ancient lemon pergola and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea.
Top LevelTerrace
The terrace is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen going down three steps. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and an external shower. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the island of Capri.
Dining Room
The furnishings of the dining room are elegant and bright, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate 18 guests. In the dining room you will find a satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player. The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea and of Capri, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen three French doors will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room.
