Villa Lirica is an elegant historical villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 11 people. From Villa Lirica you will have a pleasant view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. Villa Lirica is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Montelopio. You will find the closest restaurant at 800 meters (880 yards) and a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles).
To stay at Villa Lirica you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a fenced covered parking space.

In the area you will also be able to enjoy horse ridings, doing some trekking and playing golf, tennis and football.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a gazebo. From the swimming pool you will have a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside and of the hills. The pool is open from mid-April until mid-November.
Patio
The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with two sofas and two armchairs and with tables and chairs. From the patio you will have a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet). It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright, and include two sofas. There is a big and age-old fireplace decorated. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. The furnishings include a sofa. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden and the swimming pool.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
First FloorBedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
The second bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. There is a fireplace. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the swimming pool and of the garden through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The third bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. There is a nice fireplace. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the garden through a French door. The room has a porthole window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The fourth bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches).
