This adorable, ground-level, Cachet Crossing condo is located just steps from Blue Mountain Village and is truly a ski-in, ski-out condo. Offering space for up to six lucky guests, this cozy rental features a full kitchen equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals, a warming gas fireplace, and a small, furnished patio with a gas grill and fantastic views of the slopes.

While wintertime fun is close by on Blue Mountain, the Village itself is only a short walk from this rental where you'll find plenty of shopping and dining options. In warm weather, there's no shortage of excitement to be found here with hiking and biking trails, the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster, the Plunge! Aquatic Center, and of course the beaches and parks alongside Georgian Bay, all within a mile or two of this rental.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is ongoing restoration construction happening in Cache Crossing. You may see unfinished drywall at the entrance of the unit as well as structural shoring posts and visible rust on the outside walkways. This project is to be completed by the end of 2024. The building and walkways are safe for use although they may look unsightly during the restoration period.
This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort.
This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent choice

We stayed at this condo in Feb. 2023 with our three small granddaughters. The unit was perfect, just a two minute walk from the bunny hill. The access info arrived as promised and we got in without any issues - always a worry of mine. We found only one parking pass but Vacasa sorted this out within 30 minutes - very responsive. The unit was clean and spacious for our needs. We used all three beds and the pull out couch. Lots of linen and pillows. The kitchen was very well equipped. While the unit does not have a wide view of the mountain, it was perfect for our needs because it was easy to get our belongings into the unit as it is on the first floor close to parking. We will be staying here again next week and we are looking forward to it.

The house is clean and nice but needs a thorough cleaning like the grout at the washroom, the lamps in the bedroom are dusty. Above the fire place is too dusty, The appliances needs an upgrading specially the oven( oven door is not aligned/loose making it so hard to open the door specially if its HOT or in use) you have to fix it first so you can open the oven. Over all okay. Location is just a few minutes away to the village.
