About Andrew & Bethany Larson
One of the most important things that anyone will tell you about us is that we are huge animal lovers. We love dogs and cat - and really anything that has life! We also love the outdoors! On most weekends, you will find us exploring some hiking trail, biking, or sitting outside a cafe with our little Britney Spaniel reading a book or talking about our week. We love being together - we were married in 2013, after meeting on a mission trip to Africa to work in a children's camp. It was really love at first sight - we were married six weeks after returning to the states. We just love life and love the opportunity to share part of our life with you, by sharing our home with you! We truly hope you enjoy your stay here.
Andrew & Bethany Larson purchased this Townhouse in 2007
Why Andrew & Bethany Larson chose Braddock
I fell in love with this townhome the minute I walked in the door! I remember walking in and the first thing I noticed was how bright and sunny it was in the kitchen. The sunlight shined through the windows and brought so much warmth - even on a cold day. I also loved the size of this townhome - it is a little over 2100 sq ft, which is incredibly large for a townhouse. It literally feels like you are in a house. I also love that there are two entry doors - one off the side and the other off the kitchen. This provides space on the side of the house so that it feels like we have our own yard. I was told that the developers daughter was actually the first person to live here - and she wanted two doors. She also wanted a large eat-in kitchen, so the kitchen is large and roomy. I also loved that it has very large mature trees - that you cannot find in the newly developed communities.
What makes this Townhouse unique
You will be staying in the home of a couple who uses VRBO regularly for their own vacation purposes, therefore, I believe that we really understand what is important to travelers. We can relate to you, because we have stayed in VRBO from traveling, for work, for relocation, and many other things. I must also admit that we have had both good experiences and bad ones, and in preparation for our own VRBO, we have tried to avoid all the things that made our experiences less than perfect. We want you to have a great experience! The one thing you will love about our home is that it feels like you are in the country miles from anything - yet you are only minutes away from one of the largest, busiest, and most powerful cities in the entire world. And, you are even closer to the Virginia Railway Express - which goes directly to Union Station. I often hear birds singing and crickets in the night and morning - due to the very large and full mature trees. Another benefit is that it backs up to the common area, which can be accessed out the back gate.
