Casa Zenia B is a splendid apartment located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps six people. From Casa Zenia B you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Casa Zenia B is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (Fornillo Beach) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
Casa Zenia B is located on the top floor. You will reach it from the parking area using an elevator and then going up a private walkway that includes approximately 75 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Zenia B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: electricity; linens, changed mid-week; towels, changed twice a week. To be paid at the property:parking, if reserved in advance EUR 20.00/day;cleaning EUR 120.00 per week. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 2.50 per person per night. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 200 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 2.5 meters (8 feet) large by 4.5 meter (15 feet) long, 1 meter (3.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Terrace
The terrace is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof and by a characteristic pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast.
Living Room
You will be able to enter the living room from the kitchen. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloped. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
