At the heart of the popular tourist area of Le Gosier, the studio West-Indies welcomes you in a fully modern and charming, including a kitchen and a terrace.
This air-conditioned studio offers free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with local and national channels, a safety deposit box and a coffee machine.
The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and kitchenware.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a hairdryer, free toiletries and beach towels.
Located on the ground floor of the residence Savane, you will access one of the most beautiful private beaches in 1 min and when returning you will have the possibility to access the outdoor showers.
It's layout is optimized for a solo stay, with friends, couples or family (2 children maximum) thanks to its queen-size bed, its trundle bed and its wall-mounted flap table.
A private parking space is available free of charge in a closed and secure parking.
The residence has a laundry area consisting of a washing machine and a tumble dryer, available to tenants and at discretion.
The residence "SAVANE et ARCHIPEL" is located Pointe de la Verdure - road to the beaches at Gosier, where is the Casino, prestigious hotels, restaurants, bars, shops and car rental companies.
