About this property
Spacious apartment in the heart of Stuttgart.
This modern and elegant aparment is in the heart of Stuttgart, in a quiet residential area, yet a short walk from the train station, the city parks, the shopping district, the spectacular new library, and most major attractions.
We are next door to the Milaneo shopping center with its shops and restaurants, and we are very close to public transportation.
The train station is approx. a ten-minute walk, and the airport is a short subway ride away. A space in the parking garage under the building is included in the price, and there is an extra space within a few meters, which can be reserved for a small fee.
The property has a balcony, and its own private entrance.
