Superb single storey house in the center of BELGIUM
The accommodation is located in the countryside in a wooded area 2 km from the first small town. In a soothing setting, located not far from Charleroi, there is no shortage of things to discover: Des Jardins De La Fontaine, enjoy a stay in the outskirts and is less than 5 minutes by car from Le Bois du Cazier Coal Museum and Museum of Photography.

The house is ideally placed without any vis-à-vis. on one level, surrounded by trees and plants. a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge ... This kitchen includes a dining table, overlooks the very spacious living room, a sofa with two lanyards converts into a bed for 2, a coffee table, a buffet and a flat-screen TV, also have a modern bathroom with a shower, two washbasins with mirror cabinet, WC, radiator, towel holder ... from an independent bedroom, master bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a wardrobe, (possibility of having 1 single bed ( 90x200cm) for children stayed with parents)
WIFI is present in the house free parking in front of the house. Ideal for senior citizens or young couples Very clear, quiet with all the facilities of proximity to shops (crossroads, Delhaize etc.) and services (municipality, Pharmacy, bank, police, etc.); easy transport. Proximity _8km Hospital
