Spectacular in every way...

We stayed two weeks in this stunning property and area. The home definitely enhanced our enjoyment of this spectacular area of Corsica, most notably the view from every window and the pool. Everything was well organized, and all accoutrements to a comfortable stay are provided.

Beautiful house with very nice pool

A very modern house with a large, heated pool! The house offers a sea view and the garden is beautifully designed. The large windows are wonderful, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. The house is ideally located: only 6 minutes to the most beautiful beaches and 9 minutes to L’Île-Rousse. Calvi is about 30 minutes away. There is a very good supermarket and a delicious bakery nearby. The house is situated in a holiday home area. It is private, but the neighboring houses are close to the property. I can only recommend this house!

Beautiful villa, even exceeding our expectations

Group of 7 friends, stayed for a week in early September 2022. The villa is beautiful, clean, equipped with everything you need (and more), and it's even bigger than the pictures show. It easily fits 8 people (4 bedrooms) with plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor area and pool are beautiful. It can get quite hot in the afternoon (terrace facing south). There are two large sunshades, one more would be perfect if the whole group decides to stay in for a pool day. Sunsets are extraordinary. There was some construction in the area (the hillside is vacation villas/apartments only), but since the terrace opens to the sea, there's not too much noise. And that's not the villas fault either :-) If there's one thing to complain about, it's the deposit. We got in contact prior to our arrival and confirmed that a cash deposit was necessary, but the deposit wasn't actually claimed on arrival, so we carried a lot of cash that we didn't need. Not a biggy, since groceries etc. for a large group aren't free, but it was one thing we organized but didn't really need. Apart from that, 11/10, would book again.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in perfekter Lage. Strände in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Im Garten wohnt eine Schildkröte, die sich an Obst-und Salatresten erfreut hat ! Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Die wohl anfänglich störenden Strassenlampen sind außer Betrieb!

Belle maison moderne tout confort

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette magnifique maison au style contemporain. La maison est grande et confortable, tout à fait conforme aux photos de l'annonce. La piscine très agréable. La seule chose qui nous a manqué est un store ou une voile d'ombrage pour manger à l'ombre le midi sur la terrasse. Mention spéciale à la conciergerie qui est au top: accueil professionnel et sympathique, attentions personnalisées, et nettoyage impeccable comme attendu à ce niveau de prestation. Merci à Sophie et son équipe.

Modernes Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und alle Wohnräume auf einer Ebene. Das Haus ist wirklich gut durchdacht. Der beheizte Pool lädt nach einem Ausflug ins Umland zum Relaxen ein, wir haben das sehr genossen. Es gab einen freundlichen Empfang und eine ebensolche Verabschiedung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Modernes, hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus

Wir haben das Haus für eine Woche zu acht bewohnt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist optimal um den Norden der Insel zu erkunden. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Ange und Sophie haben auf jede Frage /Bitte sofort reagiert und auch bei Problemen außerhalb ihrer Zuständigkeit geholfen. Besser geht nicht. Wir haben uns besonders wohl gefühlt.

Moderne Villa

Super Empfang, sehr hilfsbereite und flexible Kontaktperson. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, wird jedoch zur Zeit stark überbaut. Sehr schöne, moderne Villa mit viel Platz und einem super Pool. Die Strassenbeleuchtung steht fast im Pool. Das ist sehr schade und nimmt dem Sonnenuntergang die Romantik. Ansonsten alles wirklich top. P.S. Ein Tischfussball würde das Ganze perfekt abrunden.

maison très bien agencée, fonctionnelle , lumineuse, au calme sur les hauteurs avec une vue splendide. Beau jardin avec grande piscine. Nous étions deux familles avec 4 ados de 16 à 20 ans; belle espace permettant le repos de chacun . très bon accueil de Sophie avec pleins de conseils sur les environs. Nous avons été triste de la quitter et nous espérons pouvoir vite y revenir . Nous recommandons +++

Villa parfaite pour une semaine en famille

Parfait séjour en famille dans la villa de Ange. Aucun problème lors de l'organisation du séjour avec Ange et de l'accueil avec Sophie. La Villa de plein pied est très fonctionnelle, très bien conçue, très propre, rien ne manquait. Très belle prestation, beaucoup de vaisselle à disposition. Les photos du site sont belles mais la vue est encore plus belle, en "vrai", quand on est sur la terrasse! La villa est proche des plages et un supermarché est à 5min. Nous ne pouvons que recommander le lieu! Une mention spéciale à Sophie pour sa réactivité et surtout sa convivialité ainsi qu'aux dames qui s'occupent de préparer la maison pour leur gentillesse et pour nous avoir permi d'arriver un peu plus tôt avec nos deux petits enfants... Nous espérons y revenir une prochaine fois!

Maison extraordinaire

Remarquablement aménagée, équipement très complet et de très bonne qualité, dispositifs domotique modernes, cette résidence nous a émerveillés. L'accueil est efficace, précis et chaleureux. La piscine chauffée a fait notre bonheur et nous avons profité très largement de la terrasse.

Une merveilleuse villa!

Mon mari, notre fille, notre fils et moi-même, ainsi que notre chienne, avons passé deux semaines formidables dans la très belle villa de Monsieur Ange Salducci. La maison est parfaite, dotée de tout ce qu'on peut désirer. La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée dans tous les domaines. Nous n'avions jamais vu de cuisine aussi complète, dans aucune des villas que nous avons louées lors d'autres voyages! La maison est très bien située, sur les hauteurs de Corbara, ce qui permet une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, la montagne et les jolis villages de Balagne. On est vraiment tout près de l'Ile Rousse et de Calvi, des commerces, des restaurants et autres commodités. De très grandes baies vitrées rendent les pièces très claires et offrent une vue exceptionnelle sur le fabuleux paysage. A noter que ces baies disposent de stores et de volets électriques avec télécommande! La décoration est sobre et élégante, la literie extrêmement confortable, les salles de bains modernes et pratiques, les rangements nombreux et bien agencés. L'ensemble est d'une propreté irréprochable. L'extérieur est également très agréable, avec le beau jardin, la grande piscine chauffée et les terrasses exposées plein sud, avec une partie ombragée pour manger dehors, un bon barbecue par exemple, et un mobilier d'extérieur tout confort, salon, tables, chaises, lits de piscine... Un point important que je voudrais mentionner: le rapport qualité/prix! La villa Nanarella peut sembler à première vue un peu plus chère que d'autres du même standing... Mais la plupart des autres font payer des suppléments parfois exorbitants pour la fourniture du linge de maison, certains équipements et le ménage. Chez Ange, TOUT EST COMPRIS! En conséquence, si on fait le calcul, la villa n'est pas plus chère que les autres. Un grand merci à Ange, qui s'est montré un hôte sympathique et très attentionné. Merci également à Sophie qui nous a accueillis et conseillés avec tant de compétence et d'amabilité. En conclusion, si nous revenons en Corse, nous choisirons sans hésitation de revenir dans cette maison.
