Grandview #10 Townhouse with High Speed Wifi

Located behind the Red River Library and the Little Red School House, the Grandview Townhomes are surrounded by Red River history. Beyond the historical buildings, the valley opens up revealing breathtaking sights of the mountains.



Grandview #10 is a two-bedroom townhouse that sits on the east end of town but is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The front door opens up to a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided in winter) and a flat-screen Tv with a DvD/BlueRay player for your entertainment. This property has High Speed WiFi, making it a great choice if you need to work remotely!



Also on the first floor is a lovely dining area with a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen as well as a ½ bath with a washer and dryer.



Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a king bed with a wonderful view of the mountains from a private balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom (tub/shower) in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.



Other features include a front porch with seating, and a gas grill. There are 2 parking spaces right in front of this unit making unloading a breeze! No trailer parking. (Wood is not available in the summer months for fire pit/fireplace) This property has a total of 1036 square feet. The property has No Air Conditioning! The property has high speed Wi-Fi and is pet friendly! A $125 non-refundable pet fee will be charged at check in.

All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay.

Overall disappointing

The carpet was disgusting The toilet upstairs (the main toilet) didn’t work it kept catching The carpet in the kitchen was buckled The flooring creeped all over The fixtures and finishes are from 1972 It’s just overall tired and to be charged too much a night is insane We recently stayed in a VRBO Piazza San Della Signoria in Florence for less than this “place” a night with clean everything! You may want to review your properties or expect more from the homeowners

Nice getaway

The house was well stocked and had everything we expected. The floor in the master bedroom was very squeaky, which might be a negative for light sleepers. The stairs were steep, a consideration for small ones. We enjoyed the stay.
