Brand new and modern upstairs 1 bedroom loft apartment in new home. Downstairs is utilized as professional offices. Heavy timber beams and modern furnishings provide the comforts of home while the convenience of living close to everything. You are an easy Uber ride downtown or to Belmont/Vandy. Lime scooters are available at street corner. Did we mention you can walk to the Basement for your favorite shows? Guests staying with us on a Friday night must also book the Saturday night. Really nice well appointed stay

Oh man this place was great! Super clean, private, really comfortable stay for a work trip. I loved the little touches like sodas in the fridge and K cups for guests, really made me feel at home. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern paradise

Let’s start with the location-AMAZING! Close to downtown and surrounding areas! Bear gas stations and grocery stores! The home is beautiful - skillfully designed and functional. We were blown away by the stylish modern design. The shower is incredible. All the amenities were provided! The mattress was comfortable. Overall it exceeded our expectations! Thank you!

Nice place

Everything was exactly as pictured. The bed was soft and comfy to sleep on and the walk in shower was really nice! About 1 1/2 miles from downtown so the Ubers/Lyfts were literally like $6-9. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a nice touch of having drinks and coffee pods for your use. I will say the 1st night the neighbors bumped music until 2am but the other 2 nights were very quiet. Nothing they can control though. Looks like a new up and coming modern area. We would recommend and stay here again.

Excellent spot!

Close enough for a cheap uber to all the honky tonks but fat enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was lively with all that you will need! The bed was so comfy and the shower was spacious. The decor was super cool! Loved everything!!

Cute Loft

The loft was just like the picture; very cute. We like staying in VRBOs because they are more private and relaxing than a hotel. More like home away from home. This one also has parking that was very handy for our rental car. We would definitely stay there again.

Cozy Nashville Loft in a Great Location

We had a fabulous stay in this beautifully updated modern and cozy loft apartment. From the amazing walk-in shower, super comfy bed to the thoughtfully provided coffee pods and sodas all just made us feel relaxed and "at home". Great location, very central to everything Nashville tourists want to see. We would definitely stay here again!

It was amazing. Close ride to downtown and lots of restaurants around!! Would love to stay there again. There was a washer and dryer in the unit which was amazing to use before we left!!!

Perfect weekend getaway.

The apartment was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Just outside downtown Nashville, quiet, and accommodating. John, the host, was friendly and responsive. We would definitely love to stay again on our next trip.
