In the heart of the Landes beautiful house of 160 m2 with a large garden, located in a small quiet village 5 minutes from the A63, 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Landes (Contis, Mimizan ...) 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the Basque Country and Spain.
The house has a barbecue, a swing, a ping-pong table and a semi-inground outdoor pool secured by a fence and a gate.
