Rent my beautiful one-bed room with a balcony and in the very center of Kiev for a long time or short term. The apartment of 55 Square meters, after redecoration, is located in the very heart of Kiev, two minute's walk from the Arsenalnaya metro station, in the upper Pechersky district, between two luxurious parks areas. On the left, 10 minutes walk, there is the Mariinsky Palace, and a beautiful park area with views of the Dnieper River, on the right, is the Old Kiev-Pechersk Lavra and a green park area. The place is very convenient for tourists, businessman, business people with large employment, working in the city center, or for a family with or without children. The property is calm, is protected by government agencies. The apartment has everything you need for a full life, cooking, accommodation or temporary stay.
