Enjoy unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean on both front porches. Located just 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier makes this vacation spot ideally positioned within walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, and souvenir shops. Offering an inverted floor plan with five bedrooms on the first level and two additional bedrooms on the second level. Upstairs of the home has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar that allows extra seating for six. The large fenced-in backyard has an outdoor kitchen with a sink. The pool deck is furnished with lounge chairs and two seating areas to enjoy. Ample parking for six vehicles. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.
