Very Beautiful apartment, well-equipped with west north exposure mountain view of Savoie
This 40 m2 apartment with balcony and direct outdoor access for 2/4 people has 1 bedroom with a 160 bed and a 140 sofa bed express. A bathroom with a shower and separate WC. A living area with a kitchen corner equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. Closed balcony with direct garden access. An underground parking is included on the -1 floor with elevator access, WIFI
Residence Located at the foot of the ski slopes next to the Chamois chairlift, ski return to the doorstep, station center access 5 minutes on foot, for winter the ESF (Ski School) is 10 minutes on foot
In summer, mountain biking is accessible with the same chairlift, with many hiking trails and an aquatic center open during school holiday periods.
The spa is nearby and accessible during the winter season
The restaurant bar brasserie des Granges Le Kaktuss welcomes you all day long during the seasons, you can enjoy the fireplace area in winter.
The shop of the La Grange aux Skis residence offers for rent: skis, snowboard, snowscoot, sleds, scooters, snowshoes and mountain bikes in the summer.
