About this property

Tier 3. A beautiful view from this ocean view 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath town home. It has enough to sleep five. There is a bathroom conveniently located downstairs. It is furnished with a queen in the master suite, two twin beds in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two TV's (living room TV is a flat screen HD), and a DVD player for entertainment within the condo. Fully equipped kitchen with keurig. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Unit needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location of Summerhouse and of the unit's view of the pool and peak of the beach. Relative to the price and condition of other similar units, it is in need of updating. I would not rent this unit again.

Summerhouse Reunion
