The outdoor area features an open-air terrace, a 160-degree view swimming pool and a cozy living room with bar; all of them in perfect harmony to enjoy the sunshine by the pool, have lunch in the BBQ area, and watch the sunset with family and friends.

An on-demand setting by the beach with chairs and fully loaded bar becomes a relaxing point for listening to the waves and watching monkeys, toucans and scarlet-macaws. Hikes through the jungle are available along the property for nature lovers to explore the Costa Rican tropical forest.

C House´s staff is warm and friendly, sharing the "Pura Vida" sense of the local people.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. Chef, housecleaner and butler provide excellent, attentive service to enrich your stay. One of the staff members will be available to join you on short hikes through the forest. A picnic by the beach, champagne sunset and water sports can be easily arranged.

C House features its own private helicopter, a Robinson 66 for 4 passengers for you to enjoy rides. The ride to and from San José is only a 15-minute flight. Sightseeing tours with our highly trained pilots are available upon request to any part of Costa Rica. Take a boat tour or hop in the helicopter to enjoy whale watching from the air when in season.

Your adventure starts when you enter the property and are surrounded by deep Costa Rican tropical rainforest with amazing ocean views. The residence features a Can AM ATV and three mountain bikes for you to enjoy.

The Ted Robinson designed golf course (Iguana Golf Course) and all its facilities are just a few minutes away at Los Sueños Marina.

A short hiking path through the forest leads from the Villa to the private beaches.

Along the palm-fringed sands , south of the property, , Playa “Coyol” offers a white sandy beach where you can go snorkeling, surfing or simply relax. Playa “Cris” is located on the north part of beach it offers relaxing walks or sunbathing on the rocks that form natural lagoons on the rocks that form natural lagoons. Stroll on the sand to a little pink beach that will definitely take your breath away.

C House owns a 51 ft. Riviera Sports Fishing Boat, fully equipped for a great sports fishing experience. Half-day or full-day tours can be booked 24 hours in advance.

Each of CHOUSE´S bedrooms are a unique suite experience on its own. Six rooms that encompass nine beds allocated as three king-bed bedrooms, one with 2 queen beds and two double adult bunkbed rooms.
