House was not included basic needs for my family. Everything we needed was an extra charge.

My family and I didn't feel xomfortable. Beds were too small and we had to purchase toilet paper, napkins, paper towels something I feel should be included with the stay. The house had too many rules. The owner tries to over charge me twice for services I did not use.

We have over 200 plus 5 star reviews from 4 Homes on the Vacation websites . We like to think we do a good job., Suzzanne must spend her time at the Hilton. Our beds are queen as stated (New mattresses ). We provide plenty soap, shampoo, paper towels, and tissue paper for a couple of days . Vacation homes are not full service hotels or resorts. The stays are not priced for full services as well. Upon arrival most of our customers go to grocery and buy the necessary items for their stay . Our house rules are published on the websites . We encourage guest to book after reading the guest rules . On payment ,all guest receive a copy of rules ,and what is expected of them , while visiting.. We did not hear a peep from her while she was here . Nor have we heard any positive feed back on how to improve our service . We verify all charges with the guest before charging . Our girl made a mistake and was going to charge for a spa , but did not , once Suzzanne pointed that out .. Our girl missed charging for her dog , She is correcting that now . We go to great lengths to please everyone, we will keep trying .

This was an amazing property! Larry was awesome and very attentive to anything I had questions about and the back yard/pool was very large with tons of outdoor seating to spread out. The house itself was very clean and had all the essentials! I would highly recommend this property as we will be coming back to stay ourselves!
