WARNER FAMILY GATHERING

This VRBO is in a very nice area in Edmond, OK. It has a huge, fenced backyard as it is dog friendly. We needed our "host" and Carol answered right away and solved our questions. nice beds, gas fireplace is very nice. Very quiet and secure neighborhood. Close to everything. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Quick Visit to Oklahoma

Perfect for our needs

The house was close enough to OKC and accommodated our entire family’s needs. We travel with our large dogs and the home was ideal. The space has tall ceilings, a lot of natural light and the beds very comfortable. We felt very safe and would definitely come back if in the area again, thank you.

Short Edmond Trip

This was one of the best VRBO properties I have stayed in and I only wish I could have had a longer trip to enjoy the home. The owner has thought of every detail to making a comfortable stay for guests.

Host is amazing!

The host is extremely responsive and willing to help. The house was very clean and up to date. It was very nice for our family. Back yard has plenty of space. Location is quiet and very safe.

Fall Break with family

My daughter who attends UCO had a short fall break. She wanted to see her dog that she hadn’t seen since August. This home was so relaxing, just like being in our home. Beds where super comfortable and the living area Oleary of sitting around room for the entire family. Yard and patio area was perfect for our dog. Will definitely be back.

A Night in Edmond

The photos on Vrbo do not do this property justice! Upon entering you are welcomed to an open floor plan with spacious living room and kitchen to entertain. Each bedroom is decorated to show its character and the bathrooms were amazing! Every room of the house features a quote from historical and major figures, a small detail that brightened our day after 8+ hours of driving. The next time we find ourselves in the OKC area we will definitely staying at this property.

Perfect Weekend

My husband and I traveled to Edmond to visit our daughter who lives there and just had her first baby. The VRBO was perfectly appointed and we arrived to find a lovely and thoughtfully prepared home. We were amazed. It was a cold weekend and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with a fire in the fireplace. Someone who cooks planned that kitchen and we had every utensil, pan, plate or colander that we could ever need. It was a real pleasure and we will be back. In the warmer months the nice patio and backyard will be fun.

Very nice house in a very nice neighborhood

This is a beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. House was clean and just as described. Beds were comfortable and there was a cute little patio outside. Communication with owner was quick and pleasant. We were even allowed to arrive early which was greatly appreciated. Overall it was a great experience and would rent again. Only complaint was there were no wash rags in either bathroom. We had 5 ladies staying for a girls weekend and had no way to wash our faces. Ugh. If we rent this property again we will remember to bring our own. Overall extremely pleased.

Would stay here again and again!

Carol was a wonderful communicator. She responded to our questions quickly. Check in was simple. The key pad made getting into the house easy. Walking in it was perfect. The house is spacious. Decor was amazingly peaceful and calming. A lovely backyard patio with table and chairs. It was so clean and smelled nice. All 3 bedrooms had very comfortable beds with cozy sheets and great pillows. Water pressure was great. All the amenities of home and then some; plates, cups, pots and pans, toaster, mixer, hot pot, all dishes and cups. 2 coffee pots, one is a Keurig. Washer, dryer, dishwasher. Furnishings were comfortable. It was so easy to check out. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would stay here again and again!

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this home, and words cannot begin to describe how much we love this home and host. If you forgot something, most likely it's provided for you with this home! Your host is response, kind and thorough with all the details you need to know for your stay. This home has made visiting with family so much easier and enjoyable. If you are looking for a home in the area, this should be your 1st choice. Carol is absolutely the best!

Great place to stay!

My group of friends and I had a really lovely time during our stay here. Carol’s house was very comfortable and is by far one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in! It is newly renovated and I loved the decor. The sheets and linens were all really nice quality and the beds were very comfortable. This was just a quick trip for us so we only stayed for 1 night but if I’m ever in Edmond, I would definitely stay here again!

In 2018, I bought my first home with the intentions of flipping it. After several months, and a lot of work, I couldn't part with the house. I LOVED it. So, I decided to keep it for a short term rental. I love everything about it.....the remodeling, decorating and hosting guests. I take hospitality very seriously. My goal is to give every guest the best opportunity for creating wonderful lifetime memories. Excellent communication and quick response is my priority.

I now own 3 short term rentals in this neighborhood.

In my "spare time", I teach leadership and customer service for local businesses. My hobbies include woodworking, photography, and gardening.

My husband, Bill, and I have 2 kids and 6 grandkids. Each of my grandchildren has helped me with some portion of remodeling my houses.

Why they chose this property

This house is just so open and inviting. I love using art in my homes to create a beautiful decor.

What makes this property unique

I also own the house next door as a short term rental. Based on availability, multiple families could rent both houses. My third rental is only 3 streets away (walking distance).
