Great location.

The only concern we had was that the mattress on the master room needs to be replaced badly. Other than that it was fantastic!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not impressed. Very uncomfortable beds. No washer or dryer. Lights flicker in whole house constantly. Pier lights are cheap and safety hazards everywhere on this property. AC units did not cool well. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

We have rented this cute cottage twice and have really enjoyed it very much. I will say that the place needs to be updated otherwise it’s a great place for my husband and I. We love the pier and enjoy the sunrise!

Authentic costal 75 plus year old cottage with everything you need for true “leave the world behind” experience. And Rockport is charm! Wonderful people, coffee shops and nice seafood dining experiences. Rockport is a Texas gem!
