Great location for kids

Amphitheater and green area (w/ splash pad) right outside the front of the property was great for our young kids…lots of space to let off some extra energy throughout the day and family friendly events at night in the amphitheater. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect End to Summer

Our family of six enjoyed our week in Rosemary & really enjoyed the space of this loft. Everything about the space was welcoming. It slept all of us comfortably & we loved that there was enough space to spread out while lounging in the family or on the balcony! We also loved the 6 person dining table for meals and game nights! The kitchen was well equipt for all cooking needs, the beds (and pillows!) were really comfy & everything was clean upon arrival. The property hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful to the minor issues we had during our stay. All in all it was a great week & we will be back!

Beautiful Property

We loved our stay. We haven't stayed on 30A before and Rosemary Beach is so beautiful, walkable and safe. It was nice being next to the open grassy area to throw the frisbee with the kids. The walk to the shopping area is close and the beach was easy to get to as well. We always seemed to be arriving sooner than what I was expecting. We loved the property and how it was decorated. The rooms were comfortable and the large porch overlooking the green area was a nice bonus for having a morning cup of coffee. We would stay here again!

Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Great location and amenities. The condo felt so homey. We were walking distance to everything. Easy parking and away from the crowds. Katie was the best host- so helpful and responsive. 5 stars- highly recommend. We hope to be able to come back soon!
