Our perfect location, nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, makes Our Beach Bungalow the ideal place for a romantic getaway, a girl’s get-together, a family vacation, or a winter escape!

Our Beach Bungalow is located on idyllic 30a! We are right next door to Rosemary Beach, just a short walk down the sidewalk to Alys Beach, or Inlet Beach, and a bike-ride away from Seaside, Watercolor, or Watersound!

As our guest, you'll enjoy our community's deeded beach access as well as our beautiful Village Pool complex which includes a splash pool, fountain, and whirlpool!

Our Beach Bungalow is a freshly-furnished and welcoming designer studio located in The Village, a low-rise condominium community with cobblestone lanes and European charm.

A second floor studio-sized, corner end-unit, with windows on both sides; it's bright and breezy!

It sports an invitingly comfortable queen bed to sink into at the end of a perfect beach day. The efficient kitchenette provides all you need, because our surrounding area is filled with delicious eateries that await your discovery. Add in a bath with shower/tub combo and calming rain shower-head, a comfy sofa that becomes a sleeper to serve as an extra bed, our brand new 40' Samsung TV with accompanying DVD / Blu-ray player, a new, ultra-quiet air conditioner, plus a few thoughtful surprises, and you have the perfect recipe for a relaxing retreat in the middle of paradise!

Enjoy Our Beach Bungalow's state-of-the-art, stress-free, 'no-check-in' procedure which allows your vacation to begin without delay -- no need to meet-up with someone or pick-up a key.

At Our Beach Bungalow you'll find yourself surrounded by places to experience and things to do in an upscale, yet unpretentious environment where you can park the car and walk to an outdoor cafe breakfast, an art gallery and bookstore, a lunch of tapas and fondue, a wine tasting, and live music with fine dining under the stars.

Although discovering the beauty and treasures of The Village, Seacrest, Rosemary and Alys Beach communities can keep you busy for days, when you’re ready to venture out a little further, just rent a bike downstairs in our village and head down the trails and sidewalks of scenic 30a to Watersound, Watercolor, or Seaside!

Prefer to hop in the car? (convenient free parking on premises) within 15-30 minutes you'll enjoy shopping, a movie, a night on the town, or even fireworks at Pier Park to our east, or designer and antiques shops, numerous restaurants, outlets, and lively marina district in Sandestin and Destin to our west!

When the beach beacons... It doesn't get any more beautiful than the white, shimmering sand and crystal blue ocean that you'll find right here within our community!

Here on the eastern end of scenic 30A, we've happily traded the billboards and people-filled high rises for quaint enclaves, beach trails, and convenient deeded access to our inviting, tranquil, uncrowded seashores.

Though the waves are friendly, you’ll find another great choice besides the ocean when you're ready for a swim! Our private Village Pool Complex which you can see from the our walkway balcony is just an elevator ride away. It features a fun, shallow, splash pool as well as a second deep pool, plus a lovely fountain and whirlpool.

So it's your choice -- Take a short stroll or hop aboard our cute, complimentary beach trolley for a date with the sand and sea or simply relax and enjoy some easy-breezy time at our new, private, Village pool!

We always feel blessed to have such a beautiful and convenient location where the sophisticated, yet quaint atmosphere encourages walking and riding bikes and expands the experience from simply a beach vacation to an embraceable lifestyle!

It's an easy 20 minute drive or shuttle from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport - ECP. (we're served by 3 airports: ECP @ 20 minutes, VPS @ 1 hour, or PNS @ 2 hours away.) This means getting to Our Beach Bungalow is simple -- whether you choose to drive or prefer to leave the car behind!

Excellent Accommodating Host!

Stephanie is a 5⭐️+ host. The condo is centrally located to everything. We parked our car and walked between Aly’s and Rosemary the entire time. During our stay Stephanie was in contact making sure everything was perfect and going well. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s perfect for couples!

Best Location for 30A

In between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, walkable distances – bike rentals right outside, great small bites and resteraunts not too far away as well. If you want to be at the beach for most of your trip, chill and have a nice time this could be your spot for convenience. The host was also very communicative to what’s around, and even suggested places after booking. Very nice all around!

Amazing place with WONDERFUL owners

This place is definitely a hidden gem, the pictures just do not do it justice. This place is in a perfect location, incredibly clean, and so well taken care of. The owner is so kind and checks in on you, and the email explaining everything and checking in was SO CLEAR and I had zero questions. We will definitely be coming back.

Location is perfect. Ideally located between rosemary and Alys beach. Unfortunately, We had an AC problem during our stay. But the owner was very responsive and even found us a replacement unit. Getting an AC repaired on July 4th was understandably difficult, but the owner took good care of us. Thank you!

Spring Break in the Panhandle

Awesome Studio & Location

My wife and I couldn’t have found a better property for our stay in the 30A area. Great little studio with everything we needed. The location was perfect, complete with shops, restaurants and live music every night. Just a short walk to the beach and to Rosemary and Alys Beach! Stephanie was wonderful and provided great recommendations and was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and we will be back!

We had such a nice stay! Everything was great, location was perfect, and the amenities are 10/10! We loved biking, walking, and our daughter (2) especially loved the pool! Mrs Stephanie was so wonderful to work with! We cannot say enough positive things about her. She made our stay easy and perfect. Hit and Miss

The room itself was nice and the owner very responsive to questions. We enjoyed the convenience of the shops in the facility. However, the building was a bit run down, and parking was very difficult. It was also difficult to access the beach which was the main reason for our vacation. The trams were very full, and when we took our beach gear down ourselves in a wagon, the security guards at the access point rudely informed us that we were not allowed to roll our wagon down the sidewalk to the beach. Thus, we had to carry all of our items and the wagon. It was not a short walk as had been indicated. When we got to the beach, it was primarily taken up with rental chairs and there was little room for us to put our chairs and umbrella. We had to find other locations for accessing the beach. This was extremely disappointing given the amount we paid for the room and the purpose for our vacation.

It is referred to as beach Bungalow. It is a room slightly bigger than a hotel room.

It is a cutely decorated , slightly larger than a hotel room. It is referred to as a home? The attitude of the owner was like We were staying at Buckingham palace and needed to be extremely careful about everything. Almost to make you feel uncomfortable . We were asked for extra money on top of what was quoted on VRBO. We have stayed at probably 8 or 10 VRBO s and never had faced this approach. The ceiling has a big water mark that has not been repaired . The bathroom has mold in the ceiling on top of the bathtub . The bathtub has been painted . The location is very, very good and the complex is very pleasant . The pool is great. These two thing are the saving grace!!!

Excellent Location!

This property is in the perfect location. Park your car and don’t get back in until it is time to go. If you have a lite load you don’t even need to use the shuttle down to the beach. I enjoyed opening the windows at night and listening to the live music downstairs without having to go down there. The pool was never over overcrowded and right downstairs. We will be back!

Absolutely wonderful! Location, condition, communication etc.

Beautifully decorated studio sits above floor one which has many shops, restaurants and more. Buildings are in a horseshoe shape, in the middle live music and more food, shops, cocktails etc. Quick walk or shuttle to beach, bicycles, great pools, Rosemary Beach shops/restaurants etc next door. So many activities without having to drive. Owner was very helpful especially when I had cell connectivity issues and could not download access codes etc. and in general was very helpful. Don’t hesitate. Highly recommend.

Great weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach bungalow. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. The pool was excellent and the trolleys that take you to and from the beach are great. This place had everything we needed - from coffee to beach towels! I would highly recommend this place!
