large house of 165m ² on the ground, 6 bedrooms 1 living room 45m ² 1 kitchen, 1 veranda, 1 vast basement with workshop
only 5 usable rooms 1 kept for me!
7km from the supermarket lecl erc + another crossroads
12Km of marsan center with its lot of various shops
1 excellent doctor in sarbazan,; it's mine, and various hospitals at mount de marsan.
pedestrian track at 100 m, stream of 9 fountains at 200 m full of wild cress!
various animals, especially deer, but others too!
house heated by heat exchangers + supplement for rooms House insulated doubling walls.
I keep a room to be there at the service of the various occupants!
and especially to inform about the country. Proximity 4km from the entrance of the Mont de Marsan motorway towards Pau and Bordeaux.
happy to receive for the conviviality because I adore to see people diverse and varied since in my youth I traveled the world for my work but especially to see the peoples!
