This 1 bedroom + bunk condo boasts a vibrant beach feel with everything you and your family will need for your vacation! This condo was just renovated in November 2019! With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and a set of bunks, this spacious condo will comfortably sleep 6 guests. The owner has provided a great entertainment hub and family games, all of the kitchen items you could ever need, and beautiful furnishings to make you feel right at home. Enjoy a reserved parking spot on the second floor, just steps away from your condo door! NO ELEVATORS NECESSARY! ***Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permits). Guest must pay the concierge in the lobby a 1-time $85 fee for registration packet, for this unit you can have only one car*** Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older unless they are a child of a registered guests.

Great condo complex and location!

Loved the second floor view from our balcony and easy access to parking and the stairs getting to the pool. They sure take great care of the grounds and appreciate the facility cleanliness and security. Best beach!

Family vacation

Cons: The master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable. The middle of the bed was sunken in/broke. The pull out bed on the couch was worn out and had food crumbs inside. The reserved parking spot was in a corner nook next to a large concrete pillar. Unless you have a tiny compact car parking will be a NIGHTMARE! The unit itself is outdated with worn out/dirty trim / older appliances. The HVAC cooling system didn’t seem to cool consistently. Check in process is somewhat inconvenient as well as the $85 fee plus having to wear lime green wrist bands for access. If you have small kids like I do it’s difficult keeping them on them in one piece. Pros: Parking spot is on the same floor as condo so quick access. Quick access to beach. Close to St. Andrews state park and other attractions.
