The Villa Eden is a contemporary villa of 280 m2, with a beautiful heated indoor pool (April to December) and a huge green garden of 5000 m2 just 15 minutes from Deauville and 3 km from the beach.

Located in the small town of Auberville, between sea and countryside, it is an ideal place to spend a quiet holiday while being close to the sea and major tourist cities of Normandy.

With 5 bedrooms and a capacity of 10 adults (plus 2 children), the Villa Eden is suitable for family stays.

It offers an indoor pool and heated from April to December, many indoor activities (table football, board games ...), outdoor (solarium, large wooden playground ...) and an annex in the garage with a play area with billiards and ping-pong table. The guests of Villa Eden will always find an occupation throughout the stay.

The house is clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped so a great base for a family holiday in a lovely area. The kids enjoyed the huge gated garden and of course the pool, which is superb.

Best Villa and location we have stayed in France

Villa Eden was far better than we had expected both in quality and in location. It's situated in quite a rural area but easy access to a small town which has the amazing fresh food markets and good restaurants. It's also close to a lovely sandy beach. The villa is very spacious and the swimming pool was very popular with all the family. The patio is a perfect sun trap and very private.

A great place, plenty of room for 10 of us. The indoor pool was a major hit with the children. The garden is huge, so plenty of places to play. Ideally situated between Viller sur Mer and Houlgate.

Villa bien équipée, avec un espace et une belle piscine intérieure chauffée.l'espace de vie est spacieux pour 10 à 12 personnes sans problème, les chambres sont grandes, la literie n'est pas exceptionnelle mais correcte.la propreté de certaines pièces comme les chambres n'est pas ouf, il a fallu passer l'aspirateur pour retirer les quelques toiles et araignées au plafond et dans les coins de mur, et refaire un peu de ménage a notre arrivée.la dépendance avec la table de ping et le billard (un peu vétuste) sont pratiques pour passer un bon moment.la grande superficie extérieure est un atout pour cette villa, c'est peut être que nous étions en début de saison mais le nettoyage des espaces verts est vite fait, le grand parasol est hors d'usage. l' espace pour les enfants avec la maison et le toboggan est plus que vêtus (des trous dans le plancher sont même dangereux) sur le site la photo de celui ci n'est pas du tout comme la réalité.Pour conclure, c'est une très belle Villa pour passer de bons moments entre amis ou famille, dommage que l'entretien ne soit pas au rendez vous. (a voir si cela est du au début de saison et que tout n'a pas été fait ?)

Wat een fijn huis! Groot, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt centraal tussen alle leuke plaatsen en de plaatselijke supermarkt is op loopafstand. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Er is geen airco, dus zomers lijkt ons dit huis waarschijnlijk aan de warme kant. Het enige minpunt vonden wij dat er geen bedlinnen/handdoeken zijn. Dat moet je voor 15 per pakket bestellen. Voor deze prijs vinden wij dat dit in de prijs inbegrepen moet zijn. Ook moeten een aantal dingen worden vervangen/gerepareerd zoals de douchestang boven en de parasol en het toilet beneden. Voor de rest niets dan lof!

La maison est très bien située et très bien équipée pour occuper des adultes et des ados même en cas de mauvais temps (piscine intérieur, billard, table de ping-pong). Il n'y a pas de vis à vis et le terrain est grand et bien entretenu.

Très belle maison, spacieuse avec grande piscine, babyfoot, billard, table de tennis. Belle cuisine équipée. Grand jardin avec jeux d'enfants. Nous étions 5 adultes et 4 enfants sans gêne les uns pour les autres. Ravitaillement à proximité. Sylvie a donné une liste de possibilités dans les environs, très pratique...à consommer sans modération.

Séjour agréable mais trop court

Design de la maison très agréable, la maison est très lumineuse, proche de la mer et de la jolie station de Villers sur mer. La piscine a eu beaucoup de succès étant donné le temps un peu mitigé. Bref : un séjour sans problèmes !
