About this property
Walk to Augusta National 2020 Masters!
Walking distance to the Augusta National Golf Club! A charming and updated 3 bed/2 bath home less than a mile from the course. Bedroom 1 has a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double. Bedroom 3 can either be a King or split into 2 Twins to work with your needs.
The kitchen is completely updated and stocked with all kitchen needs, with granite countertops, a large refrigerator and double oven. The backyard is large and is equipped with a gas grill.
The space
Relax and enjoy yourself in our cozy home! Our living room has a 65 in. TV and comfy couches and chairs. Please spend time in our amazing backyard oasis!
Each bedroom can accommodate two people, and we have an air mattress we are happy to leave out as well. There is a Smart TV also in the Owners Suite.
Guest access
You will have access to our entire home, less our storage areas. A stocked laundry room will be available and we will provide you with WiFi information. Our TVs are already equipped with Netflix and cable.
Other things to note
Upon reservation, we will be in contact with you to ensure you have the essentials: the coffee you love, yummy snacks, etc. We know the Master's tournament is a time to enjoy your favorite sport with your favorite people, and we are excited to help you also enjoy your stay!

Originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, the Army brought our family to Augusta in 2017. I, Zach, am in the Army, stationed at Fort Gordon, and Lauren stays at home with our 3 boys. We have immersed ourselves in the Augusta community and absolutely love it here. Our house has an amazing backyard and is quietly located close to everything you could possibly need. We are happy to help you with your visit. Zach will stay in the area the whole week and will be available for you!
Why they chose this property
First and foremost, we are perfectly located for your trip to the tournament. An easy mile walk, on sidewalks, will lead you straight to the bottom gate of Augusta National. We also are convenient to anything you want to do in Augusta. A short drive will get you to amazing restaurants, cute boutiques and more!
