Villa Ela - Stunning Sea Front Villa in Kas

This 6 bedroom house comfortably sleeps 11 guests. The large open plan living area comprises comfortable seating area,fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Large glass windows afford incredible sea views from almost every part of the house. Sliding doors open onto private swimming pool and spacious terrace.On thiss floor there is also a twin bedroom and single bedroom. There is a separate W/C and shower. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms en-suite with balconies. The other two bedrooms are situated down the steps leading from the pool terrace - two double bedrooms - both en-suite.
The villa in spacious and afford lots of different areas to relax in privacy. There are shady as well as sunny places and the house is set in it's own private gardens. Steps lead directly down to the sea where you can take an early morning dip or relax on the private swimming platforms.

Perfect location

The house is nice and enough room. The pool is perfect and the view spectacular. Walking down to the ocean through own trees, but besides terrasse no other oprion to sit and enjoy. But Terasse is big and has enough areas to sit and shade as well, through umbrellas. Housekeeper/Gardner deliveres fresh bread each day if you wish, as well as mineral water. He's there every day to check the pool, wish the leaves off the terrasse and water the garden, but you hardly see him. We would certainly rent the house again, its perfect.

A lovely villa in the perfect location

We have just returned from two weeks at Villa Ela and had a lovely time. The house is very well laid out with everything you could want. Close to the sea and easy to get to town by taxi or bus. Nothing was too much trouble for the manager or daily caretaker. The water is lovely and there is lots to do in the area and plenty of great places to eat out. We did a morning of cooking with the managers partner which was brilliant.

We have been holidaying in the area since 1992 and have lived here in Kaş permanently since 2006. We have an apartment in town.

This property is one of a few which has direct access to the sea and it's own private swimming platforms. The sunset views are stunning and the location is peaceful.
