This beautiful large villa has a modern spacious interior. It is perfect for large families or groups wishing to holiday together. Both the interior and exterior can comfortably accommodate 12 people. The large sun terrace with swimming pool has ample space for lounging and also outside dining for BBQs as the sunsets. Steps to the side of the pool terrace take you to the private sea platform with a lounging area for 12 people and sea access.
Villa Grand Sunset has 6 bedrooms all with ensuite facilities. There are 4 doubles and a twin bedroom on the first floor. The master bedroom is a double with a jacuzzi bath. A 5th double bedroom is on the ground floor and has direct access to the pool terrace.
The ground floor's living area has patio doors leading you to the sun terrace. The ceiling is open to the wooden beams and the extra height provides a great sense of grandeur. The kitchen area and a dining table to seat 12 people are to the left of the lounge.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has wifi.

Long talked about trip

Group of 8 mixture of friends and family , we had a great 2 week stay at the villa, exactly what the online photo's showed . Amazing view ,great pool and we did swim off the platform on the waterfront most days.Had great service by the property manager who answered alot of questions before we arrived & provided alot of local Kas information and contact details for things such as chef"s to cook at the villa (who we had in on 2 occasions) local wine merchant and options to who to contact to do a day out on a boat..It was easy to get into Kas with local bus coming every half hour or so with stop at the top of the drive way. A sound system of some sort would be a good addition luckily we had a portable speaker with us.Would happily book this villa again.

Nice villa on peninsula for a large group

We stayed with extended family, all adults. Villa is located on peninsula, so you need a car. It's not far to drive into Kas. Own swimming platform is a huge bonus, everyone enjoyed it a lot. The sea is beautiful, the water is super clear. Some of us were lucky enough to swim with a turtle just offshore. Swimming pool is nice and is serviced regularly. The sunsets are truely grand. We enjoyed well positioned outside tables, so you can eat outside in the shade at different times of the day. Kitchen is well stocked, we cooked some complicated meals no problem. Aircon worked fine. It was clean. One negative point for us was that the beds and the pillows were not very comfortable for several of us. Overall we had a nice stay, thank you.

A great property and location . It could do with a few additions such as music system ( there’s nothing to play music on ) and more than one tea towel for a week ! Apart from that it was fab
