The epitome of the perfect family beach retreat! Just over 3 blocks to the boardwalk and beach. Superb outdoor living with patio, spacious sun decks & balconies. Very well appointed w/ upgraded finishes.

The open great room & dining room w/ 10' ceilings, crown molding, wood burning fireplace and hardwood floors flows to the gourmet kitchen w/ granite counter tops and continues to sunroom w/ extra refrigerator. 1st floor master suite (w/ glass and marble bath) has direct access to the patio. The landing midway up to the 2nd floor opens to a large sundeck w/ lounge chairs and dining table for 6. The second level features another master suite w/ wood burning fireplace, marble and glass bath and direct access to the front sundeck. Also 1 queen size bedroom, w/ direct access to the front sundeck, and 3rd bedroom w/ two twins and 2nd full bath. The third floor features 2 queen size bedrooms, 1bedroom w/ two twins and a full bath with walk in shower.

Located off the kitchen, the sun-room is air conditioned (heated in winter), includes a queen size sofa bed, and 2nd dining table that seats 4-6.

Beautifully landscaped with a private backyard and gas grill. Two off-street parking pads.

Spleeping accommodations for up to 16 adults. Children under 12 are not included in the count.

All the rooms are large, bright and airy with 9-10 ft. ceilings. Wireless internet is available throughout the house. There are TV's in each bedroom plus one additional in the living area. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor. A fully equipped supply room and 1/2 bath are located behind the kitchen.

We were a girls trip so each of us having a bedroom was important. Plenty of space to watch the US Open and hanging out was perfect. Place was clean. Location was very good to get to Rehoboth Ave. Walk to the beach is fine. House had a lot of utensils and kitchen stuff we could use. Parking was good.

House was in a great neighborhood- 6 available parking spaces with the included parking passes- Kitchen well stocked - many beach chairs and beach toys available- Backyard was perfect size- David the property manager was awesome and responded quickly to the two issues that we had during our stay- The only downsides of our stay was the condition of the 3 - Third floor bedroom vents- The filters were overfilled and the outside of the vents were noticeably dirty- this was a health concern for all of us. David responded immediately and did replace and clean the vents very quickly-David was helpful and professional

For a beach vacation house, this place was excellent. We had a great time as a group of friends and kiddos. The kitchen is well equipped and the layout worked well. There are a bunch of beach chairs in the back sunroom and a wagon full of beach toys available. It was great to have the second floor deck to hang out when the weather was nice. The sunroom pull out bed is what you’d expect from a pull out couch, aka not at all comfortable. The kids enjoyed running around in the back yard and there’s a great playground with a turtle bridge half a block away. The house is more spacious than it looks in the pictures, and we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the mattresses were. All in all, a great place to stay.

Incredible Beach House for Family

My family and I loved staying at David's house. The location is incredible - easily walkable to town and the beach, has plenty of space, and is in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

Rehoboth Beach House

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house and we love staying here. Communication is great with David and the house is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is close to downtown.

Great Vacation

The house was beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were less than 5 minutes drive from the beach boardwalk and shopping. Everyone had a great time and wants to return next year.

Exceeded Expectations.

The rental location was convenient to walk to town (RB), walk to the boardwalk and walk to the beach. The home was well-furnished for socializing and was well-stocked for kitchen needs. We were very satisfied with this rental. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great location and house!

Great location and very spacious house! Would stay again! Only minor issue was there were no towels & sheets included and this was not included in the listing and was only communicated the date before our stay. Would appreciate earlier notice to plan accordingly as most guests were flying in from out of town.

Nice Large Group Home

I traveled with family and friends and we truly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was large enough to accommodate our party of 10 plus more, and we were very comfortable and very close to downtown . Some minor updates needed i.e., torn mini blinds, but I would definitely stay here again. David was a pleasure to communicate with.

Beautiful House

This house was perfect for our group of 30 somethings. everyone had their own room and that many bathrooms made it comfortable for all. The house has all the things we needed and no one felt cramped. Its a few blocks from the beach and a few blocks from the main drag so convenient for all activities. Would love to stay again in the future!

Wonderful and Well appointed house

The house was clean and large enough for our extended family of 12 to stay. Walking distance to the beach and shopping. On rainy days we weren't on top of eachother. The kitchen was well stocked and the house came with beach items as well. Great stay!
