Spacious villa with swimming pool on two levels (200 m2), 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large terrace, not overlooked. Possibility of sleeping between 10 and 14 people. Between sea and countryside, located at the crossroads of the southern beaches (Pointe du Marin, Salines, Cape Macré, Anse Michel, Anses aux bois ...) Proximity: restaurants, local market, nautical activities, etc. Large covered terrace facing enclosed garden, trees and green. Calm and pleasant setting, friendly place and without vis-à-vis. Very large bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms triple beds, 1 kingsize and 2 sofa bed for 2, 2 extra beds, 2 bathrooms with toilet, 1 toilet, washing machine, iron iron, hair dryer.
