Recently renovated 2 BR 2 full bath steps from one of the best beaches on the island!

Come relax in this elevated 1/2 duplex just behind Gulf Blvd at Bradenton Beach. Easy walk to some restaurants, Circle K, and within a mile of Walgreens, Publix supermarket, breakfast spots, pizza, bike rentals, shopping - great location!!

The entire home is covered in shiplap walls and wood ceilings.....it feels like being on a boat. Large leather sectional, comfortable beds and everything you need for the beach.

All kitchenware, towels, shower products included for your convenience.

Beach towels, cart, umbrella and cooler are here for your short walk to the beach.

Awesome Stay!

We had a great stay. The property was stocked with everything we could need and Jen was a great host. We were a very short walk to the beach and close to the trolley stops.

Jen did a fabulous job with this place, we loved the decor and quality. Everything was top notch, and we had everything we needed for our beach getaway. Would definitely recommend and we will stay here again.

Wonderful place!

Loved our stay....furnishings were amazing, great access to beach with chairs provided. Great location and easy access to trolley stops.....short walk to beach and short walk to east side and small park to view sunrises and sunsets. Would stay again! Denny and Barb

The perfect place to call home

We had the best stay in this wonderful home! The owner has literally thought of every convenience possible and made sure to have them at hand. Such a clean, warm and family friendly place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Great Location

This property was just a few minutes walk to the sandy white beach. It is closer than it looks in the picture! Jen’s house is cozy and has almost everything you need for a relaxing stay in Bradenton.

Great getaway.

This property was perfect for our spring break getaway. The rental was clean and comfortable. We loved the decor and the deck area under the house. Just a block to the beach and steps from Sharkeys restaurant. So quiet at night and no traffic noise at all. Lots of beach towels and chairs for our use. I would rent this again!

Home from Home by the Beach

This condo is amazing! Everything is supplied - you just need to turn up with your clothes!! 200 steps to the beach - beach towels, chairs and parasol all available too!! Jennifer is great to communicate with - would highly recommend!!

Fast perfekt mit sehr guter Lage

Hübsch eingerichtetes Ferienhaus (in der Mitte geteiltes Objekt mit zwei getrennten Appartements in Fussweite zum Strand, ca. 100m (die Uferstrasse ist zu überqueren), in dritter Reihe. Anna Maria Island ist sehr idyllisch, da auf der Insel keine Hochhäuser stehen (nicht erlaubt), insofern "Old Florida". Sarasota, Tampa oder St. Petersburg sind allerdings nicht "um die Ecke", man braucht ein Auto und muss Fahrzeiten einkalkulieren. Haus ist aauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Für 2 Erwachsene / 2 Kinder perfekt geeignet. Hat sogar zwei Bäder. Für 4 Erwachsene gehts auch, aber Schlafzimmer 2 hat zwei getrennte recht kleine Betten, während in Schlafzimmer 1 ein King Size steht,

Essential Anna Maria Island

Great location to experience Anna Maria Island. Loved it and appreciated the "middle of the island". Outdoor shower and thoughtful design combining convenience and cheerful, restful decor made our holiday complete.

Beautiful, comfortable home!

Excellent rental with all the comforts of home provided. The house is beautifully decorated, updated and clean as could be. Every detail was thought of and we really appreciated that. The area below the house was the nicest hang out area we’ve ever seen. Very close to a beautiful beach too. This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and we loved it. Highly recommend this rental and we hope to be back again!

Girls’ Trip

This property is fantastic! Five girls stayed quite comfortably here. The decor was beachy and beautiful. No amenities were missing, including mixer for margaritas, beach towels, beach tote, an amazing enclosed patio space perfect for a dance party! So clean and new—It was perfection. Would recommend in a flash—host was so prompt and friendly. And did I mention this cute and comfy place is a 5 min walk to a pristine beach with beautiful shells? So glad we picked this oerfect place. We will be back for sure!!!!!
