Rimini Ferienhaus im Landesinneren

Wunderschöner, riesiger Garten, ein Paradies für unsere insgesamt 4 Hunde (2 von der Cousine). Sehr gemütliches Haus, ruhig und ursprünglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt in der Umgebung mehrere gute Lokale mit typischen Gerichten der Region, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, unter anderem auch San Marino. Zum Meer ist es ein Stück zu fahren (ca. 20 min.), aber dafür gibt es einen freien Strand am Rande von Riccione, ohne Parkgebühr und die Hunde können mit an den Strand, was für uns sehr gut war. Herr Ponzoni und seine Schwester, sind sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter und haben uns freundlicherweise zum Olivenölverkauf von Freunden begleitet. Sehr lecker! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsame Auszeit mit Freunden

Schönes Haus mit grossem Umschwung, sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Meer/Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb 5 - 10min. gut erreichbar. San Marino ist ein bisschen weiter, aber für einen Tagesausflug sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, konnten ausspannen und haben fast jeden Abend gemütlich auf der Terrasse grilliert. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Lage Hauses, der Park und die Höflichkeit des Vermieters sind phantastisch

Mr. Ponzoni war sehr zuvorkommend und immer gut erreichbar. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe in einem wunderschönen riesigen Garten. Die große Terrasse ist genial, ideal um mit der Großfamilie und Hund einen super Urlaub zu machen. Nur die Betten könnten für uns Deutsche etwas härter sein - trotzdem haben wir gut geschlafen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Moskitonetze und Sprays sind im September sehr empfehlenswert.

Très agréable séjour à Rimini

Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour avec nos trois jeunes dans la maison de vacances de Rimini. Nous avons d'abord été surpris par le côté spacieux de la maison, qui peut accueillir 7 personnes, et la beauté du parc qui l'entoure. La vue aussi sur la vallée de Rimini et sur l'arrière-pays et sur St. Marin depuis la propriété est très agréable. Ensuite nous avons apprécié l'équipement du logement. Tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin s'y trouvait et la vaisselle en abondance. Nous avons également reçu un excellent accueil de la part du propriétaire qui avait prévu pour nous des boissons et des fruits rafraîchissants à notre arrivée. Il s'est montré à la fois disponible et très discret pendant tout notre séjour. Enfin, nous avons apprécié l'équipement de la maison avec l'air conditionné, les terrasses couvertes et les grands arbres qui nous ont protégés des trop fortes chaleur. La maison est aussi idéalement située. Juste un peu à l'écart pour avoir l'impression d'être en pleine campagne et en même temps très proche de Rimini et de tous les commerces, des plages et des facilités. Une très belle région à visiter également aux alentours sans devoir faire de longs trajets en voiture. A recommander!

Ein super Ferienhaus

Das Haus is sehr angenehme, so dass mann sein ganzes Urlaub auf dem Grundstück verbringen. Wir waren zu 6 drin (ich, meine Frau, unsere 2 Kinder, 7 und 4 Jahre, unsere Oma und Opa). Alle haben sich wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder haben auf den Riesen Grundstück sehr gut gespielt. Der Vermieter Herr Ponzoni, ein super netter Type, war immer bereit uns zu helfen, er hat uns jede Menge Tips gegeben über die Umgebung: wo was besondere zu sehen ist, wo wir ruhiger Strand finden, wo wir gut essen können oder uns begleitet zu der Olivenöl Verkäuferin, die die Oliven aus sein Grundstück verarbeitet. Wir hatten auch die Gelegenheit gehabt Herr Ponzoni Mama und sein Schwester kennenzulernen. Beide sehr sympathisch. Fall Sie das Haus für Sommerferien planen, vergessen Sie nicht Ihre Mückenspray und Salbe, sonst können Sie nicht Abend die Terrasse geniessen. Dies Haus is sehr empfehlenswert. Nous ons étès trés heureux d'avoir accueilli cette merveilleuse famille. Ils ont étè trés gentils et curieux de connaitre les caractéristiques typiques de notre région. Un voyage bien agréable dans un cadre reposant

La maison est spacieuse, située à proximité de Rimini sans en avoir les inconvénients puisqu'elle est au calme sur les hauteurs au milieu d'un terrain vaste et bien paysagé. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute, il est revenu pour régler le chauffage à notre demande et une corbeille de fruits nous attendait pour l'accueil.

Super maison au calme très bien équipée!

Alberto est quelqu'un de très attentionné, il nous a donné pleins de conseils pour visiter Rimini, sa maison est propre, grande, Avec tous le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner! Il y a un beau jardin pleins d'oliviers, et des figuiers où nous mangions des figues fraîches a même l'arbre pourrai le petit déjeuner. C'est à seulement 15min de la plage et du centre ville en voiture. Il y a supermarchés, pharmacie à côté, bref la situation est au top! Je recommande vivement ce logement pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Perfekte Lage und wunderschöner Gartenpark

Wir waren Ende Mai da bei Temperaturen um die 29 Grad. Leider mussten wir bevor wir unsere Lebensmittel verstauen konnten, den Kühlschrank und alles was wir benutzen wollten zuerst reinigen. Wir haben uns dann entschlossen gar nicht zu Kochen. Unter den Betten waren viele Spinnen und Spinnweben. Trotz dieser Kritik würde ich das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen, da es fantastisch liegt der Gartenpark ein Traum ist und die Mängel, beim nächsten vielleicht nicht mehr sind oder sonst weiss man was einem erwarten könnte. Es liegt perfekt ob man in die City, an den Strand (einfach nicht mit Hund) oder ins Hinterland geht. Die Region Emilia-Romagna ist wunderschön es gibt tolle Wanderungen und Spaziergänge an der Marecchia. Eine schöne Aussicht bis zum Meer ist auch inbegriffen. Und der Vermieter Herr Alberto Ponzoni und seine Schwester sind sehr nett.

Consigliatissima villa con magnifico parco

Posizione incantevole sulla collina, mare e Rimini raggiungibili con poco percorso in macchina o in autobus di linea. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, gli interni confortevoli e spaziosi e la cortesia e discrezione dei proprietari ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Il parco splendido e grandissimo fa vivere una dimensione di vacanza speciale, è godibile anche stando nel bel patio ampio dove facevamo colazione, cena, ecc...Dovevamo stare solo una settimana ma ci siamo fermati di più e il prossimo anno ritorniamo!

Tolles Grosses Ferienhaus mit gigantischem Garten!

Wir waren mit unseren 4 Kindern zum Herbst Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus und haben es sehr genossen! Der Garten gleicht einer Parkanlage und ist wunderschön! Die Kinder hatten reichlich "Auslauf" und konnten sich wunderbar austoben. Das hat den etwas vernachlässigten und nicht ganz sauberen Zustand des Hauses im Innenbereich wett gemacht. Aber Es war alles da,was wir brauchten. Die Vermieter waren äusserst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, das war wirklich besonders freundlich. Wenn die Fahrt von 1000 km nicht so weit wäre, würden wir öfter kommen! Die Umgebung bietet viele Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten,auch da hat uns der Vermieter schöne Hinweise gegeben. Im Oktober waren wir auch fast alleine am Strand,herrlich. Vielen Dank für alles!

Siamo stati molto contenti di ospitare questa numerosa e simpatica famiglia. Speriamo poterli avere ancora nostri ospiti in futuro. Come miglioramento della struttura abbiamo in programma l'acquisto di una lavatrice e approntare tutto in maniera più accogliente possibile.

Ottima soluzione

Posizione abbastanza comoda (circa 15min dalle spiagge) perfetta per chi vuole frescura e tranquillità la sera. Casa rustica ma comoda e spaziosa giardino fantastico su 4lati, portico spazioso e sfruttabile per tavolate in compagnia.!Lo consiglio a famiglie con pelosi al seguito. I proprietari sono molto disponibili. Ci tornerei volentieri
