Beautiful one-bedroom private casita with a pull-out sofa located at the base of the San Tan Mountains. Privacy Entrance allows you to come and go as you please. Sleeps up to four people. Neighborhood park available. Quiet neighborhood with limited traffic and street lighting allows you to sit and ponder as you gaze up at the beautiful stars. Curl up on your quiet, lazy nights in the private courtyard around the outdoor fireplace. Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove and fridge on site for all your dietary needs. ***This is a family occupied property. While the casita is private and separate from the main home, a guest may run into other people on the property during their stay. There is also a friendly dog on the property. While she is not allowed into the rental space, a guest may also encounter her while on the property.

Wonderful casita

Wonderful! This casita is located in a beautiful neighborhood south of Phoenix metro area. Very quaint and quiet. We felt very safe. Many places to go for walks nearby. Easy drive to see much of the Phoenix area. Plenty of room.

Quiet desert sanctuary close to San Tan Regional mountain park

Citrus tree lined street with birds and bunnies abound. Wonderful accommodation and hosts, nice hot shower, very comfy mattress, good linens and plenty of extra pillows. Cracked open the bedroom window in the morning to hear birds singing and palm fronds rustling in the breeze. A short drive to San Tan Regional Mtn Park (don’t miss it!) for beautifui hiking and biking. Just right… Highly recommend!

Property was unique. Not sure if it was originally designed to be an apartment, but the rooms were good sized. Mostly well-appointed, and it was quiet and nice, and comfortable. Never could quite figure out the TV (volume control), but we weren’t there to watch it. The overall property was beautiful and in a nice area. We’d definitely stay there again.

My review.

It was okay. Couple things i would do to make it better. There was very few pots and pans for cooking. It had no sauce pans for cooking soup or sauce and such. The other thing is that you should definitely put a television in the bedroom. It only had 1 small television in the living room. There was also nowhere to really eat. Very small table.

Excellent in Everyway!

We came to Queen Creek to watch our granddaughter perform in her school play. The property was super close to family and her High School. The property manager was so attentive and made sure that our stay was excellent in everyway. The property was just the right size for my husband and I. Incredibly clean. We would come back and stay at this property again without a doubt!

Visit to Queen Creek

My fellow retiree from Michigan and I traveled to the area to visit former work friends. This casita was located very near the homes of our friends and turned out to be the perfect place to stay. Our hosts were excellent, very friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay again in the future.

Visited 5 days. Excellent casita, well appointed, full kitchen, very comfortable, nice hosts.Excellent distance to Mesa airport. Maybe a little south for hiking venues, but it worked. Grocery and other shopping close.

Wonderful hosts! They made the whole experience a joy, accommodated all of our needs and even sent missing prescription glasses back to us.A perfect place to relax exploring the area. We will come back to this place next year.

Nice Place

No issues with check in. The casita was just the right size for my husband and me. Groceries and gas were close. Hosts were accommodating. Felt like a safe neighborhood as well. Would stay there again.
