This duplex completely renovated ground floor overlooking the street and can comfortably accommodate 2 people will offer all the necessary comfort for an amazing stay.

- There's a bit of a noise from the outside as the sound insulation is a bit thin.

To ensure your comfort during your stay, we provide you with:

- sheets for bedding
- bath towels and hand towels
- kitchen towel
- shower gel (1 per person) and soap
- welcome coffee capsules
- tea bags
- the bottom of cooking: sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil.
- a fan

The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers.

Guests have access to the entire property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Located in the heart of the slopes of the Croix Rousse, the district is 1 metro stop from Hotel de Ville and 5 metro stops from Gare Perrache. The banks of the Rhône are a 15-minute walk and offer attractive walks or bike rides; you can stop on one of the houseboats for a drink or a meal.
The slopes of the Croix Rousse is the most dynamic and lively district of the city.
Nearby you will find all amenities, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, etc.

The toilets are sanifiers, so do not throw anything in it except toilet paper.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
