Great place to stay
Wonderful house to spend a few days in. I stayed with my dog, the trails were beautiful. It was so nice to have all the breakfast food available in the kitchen to make my own food.

Amazing Home
If you want an experience that includes history immersion, this is the place to stay! Fraser was a delight to learn from about the region’s and his own family’s historical plethora of information. Bev was so nice and welcoming. The Bunn house offers plenty of room and comfort. Was an excellent experience for first time VRBO. Will definitely return! Thank-you for everything!

This house is a separate house on our property, we live next door. Only one client has the house at one time so have their private space but can visit us if they wish. We have operated this facility as a self-catering B&B for over ten years.

Why they chose this property

This property is owned by our extended family and we wish to share the heritage of this part of Manitoba with others. As a designated heritage location there are many interesting aspects on site and to explore other historical sites in the area.
As we are on the shores of the Red River North, we have a great fishery for those interested in catfish or Walleye fishing . It is also a great place for a Get-A-Way or just a quite place to rest and relax

What makes this property unique

The house, although close to the other residences on the property is very private and a quiet place with some excellent views of the river and local wildlife.
We are close to Winnipeg and other communities including parks and other cultural attractions
Retreats where family members from many areas of the world can use this location as a base to visit elderly parents located in the Selkirk area is one of the major attraction.
