Gorgeous, super clean 2 bed 2 bath condo right on the ocean. 3 month minimum rental. Building is Oceana 1 North. Amazing views from living room and master bedroom. Master has king bed with new mattress. Guest room with bath has pocket door for added privacy. Guest room has queen bed with new mattress. Updated kitchen with granite and brand new appliances. Two updated baths. Sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. Upscale building with lots of amenities like tennis, pickleball, 2 pools, shuffle board, corn hole, beach, clubhouse, workout room, car wash, golf nearby, fishing, etc. only about an hour from Palm Beach airport. Walk to restaurant/bar. Short drive to two cute downtown areas, grocery and restaurants. 3 month minimum rental. $150 application fee. Electric included up to $50 per month. Wi-fi, water and basic cable included. No pets and no smoking or vaping allowed. Regular cleaning fee $150. Additional/extra cleaning fee of $250 if we detect smoke/cigarette/cigar/pipe/pot/vape etc smell in the condo. No smoking on balcony allowed. Free washers and dryers on same floor as unit. No vehicles with advertising, commercial vehicles, campers, RV's and other such vehicles are allowed to be parked on the property.

SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL

This condo is terrific! It is decorated in a nautical theme and well appointed. The host, Michelle, is VERY accommodating and the unit is meticulously clean. This area of Florida is beautiful and has terrific restaurants. We hope to return in the future.

Happy place by the sea

Beautiful condo! Just like new! So clean and nicely decorated with a coastal theme. Awesome sunrises and sunsets with ocean and river views. Loved swimming in the heated pool, cooking on the outside grill and sitting and relaxing on the beach. The owner provided all that we needed to keep us happy. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, 3 televisions and more. She was only a phone call away if we needed anything. Excellent location with great restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay at our “happy place” by the sea. George and Kathy
