Very nice and bright studio of 35m2 completely renovated located in the immediate vicinity of Square Mistral (Avenue Laugier) and 50m from the beaches of the South. Side sea view, terrace of 9m2 sunny thanks to its angle position, exposure South / East. Very calm.
Bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, separate toilet with hand basin. Very large living room with open kitchen and all comforts (washing machine, dishwasher, TV, fridge / freezer, air conditioning, microwave ...)
The situation of the studio is ideal for the holidays (you cross the mistral square to reach the beaches of the South), for the visit of the city (Le Suquet is in the immediate vicinity too) and will be perfect for the congressists (12mn walk from the Palais festivals - along the beaches of the South and the port), 15 minutes from the Gare de Cannes.
The studio is very bright, tastefully decorated and has a very pleasant living space.
The bed is a sofa bed quality (160cm).
Space, comfort, location and brightness make it a very pleasant place with a great energy to live a pleasant moment of relaxation.

As promised!

The flat was very comfortable and clean with a lovely view of the sea. It is tucked away and a bit hard to find at first, but the property manager met us and was very helpful in showing us everything we needed to know. Walking distance to the Croisette and the old town part of Cannes - basically everywhere. And steps from the beach so you can take a morning dip. Highly recommend!

Très bon emplacement : central, tt se fait à pied , train et bus permettant de visiter tte la côte sans prendre l auto) Appartement très propre et conforme aux photos. Petit étoile en plus pour Paul qui s occupe de l entretien car c’était nickel ( ce qui n’ est pas toujours le cas ) Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est réactif et à l écoute…. Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr gemütliche, kleine Wohnung, gibt es alles was man braucht, halbe Minute zu Fuß von Strand entfernt, liegt generell sehr zentral, man braucht kein Auto, im Haus gibt es Fahrstuhl und wenn man Garage braucht, die Besitzerin organisiert sogar das! Bin sehr zufrieden, würde gerne weiter empfehlen!!

Alles vorhanden,Duschmittel, Mülltüten, Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine, Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme, Einkaufs- und Strandtaschen... einfach alles was man braucht. Grosses Bad mit Fenster, alles top. Zu Fuss zur Altstadt benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten, zum Strand 3 Minuten. Der Gastgeber SEHR hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank!

Merveilleux séjour dans ce studio idéalement placé

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce studio à Cannes : l'emplacement est idéal à deux pas de la plage, l'intérieur est moderne et fonctionnel. La communication avec la propriétaire était parfaite et nous avons même eu droit à une bouteille de rosé offerte à l'arrivée. Une très bonne expérience que nous réitérons avec grand plaisir. Merci !
