Enjoy direct access to the Gulf of Mexico at Catch n' Relax while being just a few minutes either way to the Atlantic Ocean via 7 Mile Bridge or Vaca Cut. This canal-front half duplex is 1 mile away from the Dodge Lake / Aviation Boulevard Public Boat Ramp while offering plenty of parking space for a boat trailer. After your fishing trip, clean your catch of the day at your private fish cleaning station. You can store bait in your outdoor bait freezer and use the convenient outdoor sink, counter, and grill to prepare and cook your meal. Enjoy fresh seafood from the dock to the dining table at Catch n' Relax!

A spacious Kitchen with plenty of storage is right beside the dining area that can seat 7 guests easily. The living area offers plenty of seating and a TV for everyone to enjoy. The half bathroom and laundry area are located by the kitchen on the main level and easily accessible. Retreat to the top floor bedrooms on the 3rd level of the home to shower and rest. Both bedrooms have a private en-suite bathroom. The Master suite features a TV, en-suite bathroom, balcony, and king-size bed. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a closet, storage, and an en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor dining in the screened-in balcony is ideal for every fisherman's vacation. Downstairs the backyard offers an outdoor grill, lounge chairs water views, and instant access to your boat, bait freezer, and everything you need to enjoy a Florida Keys fishing trip. You can truly "Catch n' Relax" in this vacation rental home.

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay. Also, although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupying the home. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.

Marathon Vacation

The house was set up well. However it does NOT come with local TV. You have to buy YouTube Live TV at $73/month. Given the price you pay we found this ridiculous. The other half of the house was under construction, which was not known to us until we arrived. The noise did not allow us to fish from the dock or even enjoy any time on the deck during the day. The loss of electricity for a few hours after we had just stocked the refrigerator also caused frustration.

Seniors bewhere

This property is fantastic. All the amenities are first class. Furnirure is in excellant shape and clean as a pin. So what's the issus...... The internal stairs up to the bedrooms are way to steep with cery poor handrails. I do not believe they are built to code. My wife and i are mid upper 70s and in very good shape and we found the stair case dangeruous. At the very minimum there should be two sturdy handrails.

Fantastic house

Property was well equipped and nicely remodeled. Fishing off the dock was excellent, crystal clear waters. The only real downfall, was the airport noise. The jet noise was incredibly loud and constant, would have been nice to know in advance we were in the direct path of jet takeoff. Overall, the fun we had balanced out the noise and we would definitely return!
