About this property

Welcome to my little piece of mountain paradise situated in Edwards Colorado. We are a small community situated 3 miles from Beaver Creek and 15 miles from Vail. The kitchen has recently been remodeled and opens to the living and dining room areas with a half bath, fireplace, and 1 car garage also on the main floor. The upstairs has all of the bedrooms, 2 full baths and the master shower is a triple headed steam shower combination. The back slider opens to a large community court yard, and there is a dog park and kids playground located across the street. 1/4 mile down the street are various restaurants, a grocery store, and brewery to venture through at night or for a quick bite.

Edwards is located close to the hustle and bustle of Vail but with a more local vibe and half of the price tag. There's a small vibrant downtown right down the street or you could drive, uber, or bus ($3) into Vail or Beaver Creek.
