Walk in level from the parking lot! Book our condo for 1 week and get the boat slip free!!!!

You will be very comfortable in our nicely furnished 2 bedroom and 2 Bath condo.
We have a very comfortable King bed in the master with attached bath w/Cable TV. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with direct access to the second full bath.(Cable TV) We also have a Queen size sofa Sleeper in livingroom. We have a full- size washer & dryer for those extended stays.

Fully equipped kitchen includes a regular coffee pot, blender, crockpot, toaster, plenty of pots/pans and bakeware. Enjoy our deck while enjoying your favorite beverage.

We have a spacious deck with a great view of the cove & main channel. Beautiful lake view to enjoy while cooking and watch the breathtaking sunsets.

This condo is centrally located. It sits in the Heart of Osage Beach at the 20 1/2 MM near all the activities. We are centrally located to the Outlet Mall or visit one of the many fun boutiques. Several championship golf courses are very near to the condo. Big Surf Water Park, Go Karts, Parasailing, Miner Mike and the new Trampoline Park are all within a few miles. The Celebration Dinner Cruise is only 5 miles from the condo.

May restaurant choices from fast food to fine dining. We have waterfront bars, Backwater Jacks, Dog Days & Redhead Yacht Club are within minutes.

The Ledges is the only complex that has 2 POOLS and a SANDY BEACH AREA - Great for kids and Adults!

BOAT SLIP AVAILABLE FOR $25/DAY ADDITIONAL
