Upstairs, you will find a large, bright living room with a bar area and table football for fun evenings, with access to the terrace equipped with garden furniture with panoramic views, a toilet, and a master suite with a dressing room, lit by a 140cm bed, and a shower room.

You'll enjoy the outdoor space with a partially lawned enclosed garden and a kidney-shaped swimming pool with a waterfall rock, two lion statues, and palm trees that will make you feel like you're somewhere else.
Its large terrace features garden furniture, an outdoor shower, deck chairs, and a traditional barbecue.

This villa offers many amenities: air conditioning on the ground floor (kitchen and both bedrooms) as well as in the living room and master bedroom, an American-style refrigerator, a pool table, a foosball table, two adult-sized mountain bikes, a baby bed, Wi-Fi, TV channels, and TNT.
