This condo is just a few steps from the white sandy beaches to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico and the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve. This unit has two separate rooms for sleeping. The Master has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Comforters, sheets, and pillows are also provided for all beds. The jack-and-jill bathroom has a newly renovated shower as well as updated sinks. With a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with a queen pull-out bed. Everything you need for the most relaxing vacation!

Guests at Sunburst Condiminum have access to the docks that are first come first serve The private beach is perfect to sunbathe just steps away. As well as gas grills and coin laundry on-site. Walk to restaurants and shops. Whether you are staying on the Gulf Side or the Intracoastal Bayside, you will enjoy all the beauty and tranquility that Manasota Key has to offer! So grab your sunscreen and pull up a chair to watch the next sunset!

Manasota Key is a quiet community with a sense of Old World Florida with easy access to local bars and restaurants which makes this an ideal location for your relaxing and convenient getaway. You can walk to the nearby restaurants and bars as well as the mini-mart for last-minute essentials. There is also a free shuttle service if you choose not to walk. After booking, Manasota Key Realty - Conch Out Vacations will be calling regarding all payments. Please note that payments on VRBO do NOT match ours. Initial payments include 25% of the total rental fee and booking fee. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately and is out of our control.

Beach condo

This is a cute 2 bedroom condo on the upper level of a 2 story building. It is located on the Bay side of the road, but it just a short walk across the parking lot to the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is beautifully furnished. All linens, bath towels and beach towels are included. There were also 4 very nice beach chairs and several beach umbrellas. It was the perfect size for me, my husband, our 19 year old daughter and 16 year old son. The couch in the living room folds out into a bed so everyone has their own space. We didn't have any issues, so we had no reason to contact the rental company or the owners but the information we received from them prior to check in was professional and helpful. We will definitely consider renting this unit again.

Perfect!

We stayed for four days. Had to walk short distance across the street to beach access. The boardwalk was kept very clean.. send people sweeping several times a day. The accommodations had all cookware you needed. Appliances were up to date as well. They provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Didn’t try out the pool but it looked clean. Will stay again if opportunity of availability is there.
