Island living at it's best! Island Breeze Condominiums with Direct access across the street to Englewood Beach! Bright and light Oversized efficiency unit offering great amenities with everything you need to make your stay comfortable!
New amenity filled kitchen. The unit was just freshly redecorated. Ooutdoor grill! On site heated swimming pool. (Nov-April) There are great restaurants within walking distance (one upscale restaurant right next door!) and there is also a free shuttle service that brings you around the area!! (Convenient but not needed unless you want to use it)
Big screen TV in the living area, dining area, roomy bath with shower and a balcony with a partial view of the bay and the boat docks.
Manasota Key and the Englewood area offers various activities that will keep all interests involved!
All this with your private gulf beach access just across the street! (Manasota Key offers 4 public beaches!)
Englewood area is well known for its great fishing, boating, golf, village shopping and of course its beaches!
BOAT docks available at no extra cost!. (reservation needed but no trailers allowed on site)
Enjoy the morning sunrise from your own private balcony or evening sunsets from the beach! You can even fish from our own private pier! Life as it should be! Come and Relax!
