Halfway between Chalais and Aubeterre sur Dronne in a beautiful restored Charentaise house with a garden of 700 m² and overlooking the Dronne valley, is the cottage. Independent apartment fully equipped of 53m ². Living room (pellet stove, TV), kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob and oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle), shower room (washbasin, shower), toilet, laundry (washing machine, table and iron), a mezzanine (1 bed 140 x 190), a bedroom (1 bed 90 x 190 and a fireside chair, possibility to put a cot). Central heating and pellets included in the rental price.
Outside, 700 m² garden with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture and parasol, swing. Mountain bike available, table tennis, canoes.
Possibility of hosting horses or other equine with box and meadow.
