Peaceful Lakefront Cottage with kayaks, canoe, paddleboat and fishing rowboat

Three bedroom 2 bath remodeled lakefront with central air, WIFI, DISH and newly finished basement on peaceful all sports East Londo Lake. Five kayaks are included along with a canoe, rowboat, paddleboat, and bike. Londo Lake is completely wild on one side so you can watch deer, bald eagles, loons, ducks and blue herons. Kick back with a cold beer or sip wine on our two-level deck overlooking the lake. Grill up some steaks on the grill, or watch the kids swim or fish off the dock (lots of bass, pike and panfish). Kayak around our 175 acre lake, canoe the nearby Au Sable River or toast s'mores around a bonfire. Watch a movie in the rec room while the kids play board games or build Lego creations. Nearby attractions: Our favorite adventure is to visit the sand dunes on the Au Sable River at Lumberman's monument. Our kids love to body surf the waves and play on the sugar sand beaches of Oscoda or Tawas, then visit the Lighthouse and catch a movie in Tawas or West Branch. Craving some ice cream? Visit the Victorian Cafe in Hale. Venture out for a frosty mug of beer and burgers at nearby Long Lake Lakeside bar and grill or Kenyons on Sage Lake. Enjoy excellent ribs, beer and pizza at Main Street Pizza in Hale - truly delicious!

Long weekends in Spring or Fall - 3 day minimum . Rented by the week in summer with some exceptions.
