Located in a small luxury residence (Private Property) quiet and green, you will enjoy your stay in southern Corsica.

Flat screen TV, table + 4 chairs, storage
Sleeping corner in Mezzanine (sleeping 140) + A convertible corner sofa can accommodate 3 to 4 people.
Independent bathroom with furnished sink, shower and toilet.
Terrace with electric barbecue, garden furniture to enjoy your meals outside. A deckchair completes the outdoor furniture.
Free private parking place outside in the residence.
Wireless.
A rental agreement will be sent to you upon booking and making contact.
A deposit of 500 € will be required upon entry into the premises and inventory (check not cashed) and returned if RAS

Appartement bien situé au calme mais voiture indispensable n est pas adapté pour une famille avec enfants en bas âge la terrasse est très bien avons pris tous nos repas dehors

Terrasse und Terassenmöbel,Sonnenliege,Wäscheständer, Gläser waren bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber.
Die Concierge hat behauptet, sie habe die Möbel gesäubert.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet aber insgesamt etwas angeschmutzt

Vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt. Es tut mir leid, dass Sie das Studio nicht in Ihrer gesamten Covenance mit der Entdeckung eines Spinnennetzes außerhalb..., obwohl meine Hausmeisterin vertrauenswürdig und rigoros in der Verwaltung der Wohnung ist.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen. Gute Lage, schöne Aussicht, richtig gut ausgestattet und das Hochbett ist bequem und gemütlich. Arnaud war als Ansprechpartner immer erreichbar. Rundherum empfehlenswert!

Studio agréable, bien équipé et au calme
Résidence proche de Propriano, au calme et disposant d'une belle vue sur le golfe.
Studio bien équipé même si le couchage en mezzanine reste particulier.
Des petits gestes habituels d'accueil seraient appréciés.
