Nice apartment in a secure residence located on the 3rd floor, the elevator is located near the apartment. This apartment offers a beautiful view of the mountains and the river, facing south.
The residence offers a heated swimming pool from June 15th to September 15th.

Grosse déception

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, petit mais bien agencé, certainement plus adapté à un séjour Hiver qu'en été. La situation géographique directement au dessus du torrent rend malheureusement impossible tout séjour sur la terrasse, en raison du bruit tellement fort qu'il est insupportable (une simple conversation sur la terrasse est juste impossible ...) L'exposition plein sud, a priori un atout, occasionne une forte chaleur à l'intérieur, et le bruit déjà mentionné s'oppose à toute ouverture de fenêtre (la terrasse et la fenêtre de la chambre ont la même orientation). Les nuits sont donc très difficiles entre chaleur extrême ou bruit insoutenable. Encore une fois, l'annonce n'est pas mensongère mais la nuisance, inhérente à la situation, et sans doute sous estimée lors de la construction de la résidence, est incontestable ! Que du positif toutefois à signaler quant à la procédure d'arrivée et de départ assurée par une prestataire compétente et très agréable.

Superbe !

Nous sommes venus dans cet appartement pendant 1 semaine. Malgré un temps instable, la vue et les équipements ont été très appréciés. Virginie nous a très bien accueilli et est très sympathique, toujours à l'écoute. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 2 min du centre à pied, les nuits sont bercée par la rivière. La piscine chauffée est très appréciable. Saint lary est le point de départ rêvé pour plusieurs ballades. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

Great apartment in Saint Lary Soulan!

Fantastic place, everything was perfect. The apartment has an excellent location and amazing views of the river and mountains. I miss having my morning coffee on the balcony, with fresh croissants from the bakery 2 minutes away. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need during your stay. Just don’t forget sheets for the bed like we did! Luckily there’s a big supermarket less than 2kms away. My only advice is to not pay the extra for the WiFi as it’s quite slow but that’s outside of the property owner’s control. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Perfect Apartment

The apartment was perfect. It was very clean, well maintained and very well equipped with everything you need. The location is great and there is a nice sunny balcony overlooking the river. The area is nice and peaceful and just a few minutes walk from the centre of the town. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.
